In conjunction with the secured party discussion, David’s speaking on legal vs lawful. Specifically, he will be explaining how the legal system is about policies, regulations, law, etc., which includes over 60million different articles, too much for any one person to keep track of. Where as the lawful system is more of a common law or Biblical law in the sense of ‘do no harm’, and other, more neighborly practices. He’ll explain the benefits of coming out from under the jurisdiction of the legal system and operating under a lawful jurisdiction by using his affidavit. He will explain the power of this affidavit that can be used in any legal situation; court cases, IRS situations, traffic violations, criminal cases, collection instances, etc.
